Jim Rhodes

Jim has been a licensed real estate agent since 2015 receiving his real estate license from Hondros College of Business. He is a graduate of The University of Northwestern Ohio with an Associate Degree in Business Management. Jim is married to his wife Connie and has 5 children and 6 grandchildren. Jim owned and operated a Subway Restaurant for 15 years before selling the business. When he is not selling real estate Jim likes to spend time with his family, camping and occasionally golfing. Jim is a recent retired Volunteer Fire Fighter for The Ottoville Volunteer Fire Department after serving 18 years. Jim has been a Volunteer EMT with the Ottoville EMS for almost 25 years.
